Roof wash is highly recommended if it has moss or more than 10 years old

Roof washing by default includes spraying it with chemicals and rinsing. As a result, moss and algae will be killed and the roof will be cleaner

HOW IT WORKS

Bundle-package was created for homeowners who prefer to save money ordering multiple services at the same time, or those who consider selling their house soon. If you don’t want to pay more, you can leave siding only. But if you want your house to shine, we recommend washing soffits, fascia, and gutters.

House pressure washing may include (depending on the options you select):

  • Walls washing (always included);
  • Windows cleaning (we always rinse them, but you can add cleaning with sponge and squeedgee)
  • Exterior gutters (extra option if you add it);
  • Deck (extra option if you add it)

Gutter cleaning includes:

  • Removing debris from the inside of the gutters;

Roof washing includes:

  • Moss removal;
  • Applying anti-moss chemicals;

Gardening includes:

  • Lawn mowing (up to 2500 sq ft)
  • Basic yard cleanup (up to 2500 sq ft)
